Fitness4Youth provides sport and physical activity programmes for children aged between 3 and 16.


Using fun, interesting and enjoyable multi-skilled activity, F4Y promotes a healthy lifestyle and aims to develop children’s fitness.


F4Y not only works with schools and nurseries, but also provides children’s parties.
